We consult with organizations to identify their People Experience (Human Resources) goals and outcomes, then we assess current each HR area's capabilities against the ideal. The organization will be given a roadmap on key deliverables that will bridge the gap.
PX Design &
Integration
Based on agreed roadmap, we design the policies and processes in line with HR best practices in line with industry standards. We integrate these by training the in-house HR team of the organization and / or conduct cascade meetings for key stakeholders.
PX Implementation & Transition
We act as the organization's outsourced HR function, where we implement by converting the designed policies and procedures into tangible deliverables and actual tasks on the ground and support in-house HR teams to take the projects forward
